  • Video Related Issues

    • If you saw 500 internal error on youtube video, please follow these instruction:

      1. On your browser, press SHIFT+CTRL+DELETE
      2. It will prompt to clear the browsing data, choose “everything”  for time frame to clear

      1. Click Clear Now
      2. Close the browser.
      3. Open and go to the page which having the youtube video.
      4. It should be appear normal video
